Survey Participation

Participants can submit information to the Management Pay UK survey at any time of the year. To qualify for the reduced prices of reports for participants, organisations must have submitted, or be willing to provide, information on management posts. Collating and submitting this information takes time; the significant price reduction on reports to those who are willing to supply data recognises this commitment and the importance of your data to us.

We collect information on all management and senior professional posts. The data encompasses base salaries, annual and long-term incentives, pensions and benefits. As data quality is of the utmost importance to us, we try to make participation as easy as possible. The first time you submit data, one of our team of survey consultants will visit you to guide you through the survey form.

Company Car UK and Non-Executive Director Practice and Fees are separate surveys. To purchase these reports at the participant price, organisations must submit data for the relevant report to qualify for the price reduction.
