Executive Compensation Survey 2009 is a new publication from PricewaterhouseCoopers Monks. The survey provides a detailed review of total compensation levels and practices for top executives in major UK companies.

The survey uses data collected from FTSE 100 or equivalent-sized private companies.

Reports are tailored to each participant and include the following:

• Bespoke total compensation benchmarks for each participant’s roles;
• Overview or executive compensation market practice;
• Breakdown of the components of total compensation for each role (salary, incentives, pension and benefits);
• Unique illustration of the package mix, economic value and gearing/potential payouts for different performance scenarios;
• Overview of the valuation methodology and underlying assumptions; and
• Summary of sample composition and organisational data.

Available to participants only, the report will be released in Autumn 2009 and will cost £2,000.
