Divisions and Subsidiaries is suitable for all UK divisions and subsidiaries and is published twice a year, in April and September. It draws on data from Monks surveys to provide base salary, total cash and total direct compensation guidelines and trends for director and management roles.

Analysis of pay data is provided for five levels of post:

For each of the five job levels, base salary, total cash and total direct compensation awards are analysed by five revenue bands. Analysis is further split by broad industry classification, organastion type (division or subsidiary), scope factor and sector - with findings presented by inter-quartile analysis.

The scope factor takes account of the fact that some jobs are bigger and some smaller than the norm.

This publication now includes extensive commentary and analysis of annual incentives, long-term incentive, pensions and benefits incorporating information previously contained in the Annual and long-term incentive and Pensions and benefits reports.

For each level there is a total compensation summary showing the key metrics of a total reward package. Includes eligibility for incentives and benefits, target/maximum/actual award levels, and pension contribution levels.
